Come to our Spring Fair - Barcombe Village Hall, Saturday April 17th. 9.30 - 1pm. Our stalls, incl. tombola, raffle, cakes and bird food, other animal stalls and animals to handle.

Joey and Woody were our first two fox cubs of 2009.

Joey, below, is being fed with a syringe.

Goz was just a tiny fluffy gosling when she came to us from Groombridge, found wandering alone down a road.

She shared our garden until she was fully grown then we released her at Stoneywish Countryside Park at Ditchling with other geese, including Canada geese like her.

This badger came from Pyecombe and had a broken jaw. She made a full recovery and was released back on her home ground.

Two swans from the Marina came in covered in blood but were soon completely better. We released them somewhere safer!

Horrifying - this gannet had been shot while out at sea. A fisherman caught him with his line and saved him, but the bone was shattered and he had to be put to sleep! Devastating!
